Toad surprise 🐸

Zaya (6) found a funny little surprise in one of our Jack Be Little pumpkin sprouts—a very plump toad tucked down in the soil! 🐸

Zaya was so excited about her discovery that she immediately asked me to take pictures of the toad—and, of course, a few pictures of her admiring her new garden friend. 😄

I guess our little pumpkin patch makes a pretty cozy toad house, too!

    I absolutely loved the innocence and joy in this story. Zaya discovering a plump little toad tucked beneath the pumpkin sprout is such a wonderfully unexpected childhood adventure. Sometimes the smallest discoveries become the biggest memories.

      Thank you 😊 Zaya loves finding toads in the garden. 🐸 You are so right—it is a childhood adventure. I often wish I could have that feeling again like a child and finding so much joy and wonder in the world. 💜🙏🏽
