Another sick day and another day of rest. Today, I spent the day in bed sleeping on and off.

I haven’t stayed in bed and slept like this in a long time! I know my body really needs this time of rest.

Zephaniah (8) is sick now, too. He also spent the day in my bed sleeping on and off.

Being sick like this has been a strong reminder for me that taking time to slow down and heal is just as important as productive days.

And with that—I’m going back to bed! 😴
